Creating and Managing Bioprints

Bioprints are the foundation of Know Your People. They capture a user’s facial and voice data in a secure, non-reversible format and are used to verify identity in real time during meetings.

Viewing Bioprints

To view bioprints in your organization, visit the Bioprints page in the platform. This page shows all internal user profiles currently available for authentication.

Click on any profile card to view additional details. This gives admins quick insight into verification history, confidence scores, and metadata for each user.

External Profiles: Candidates and Vendors

If you're using Validia to verify candidates or vendors, you will see an additional table labeled External Profiles below your main organization list.

This table works exactly like your internal bioprint list but is designed to keep external users clearly separated from employees.

Creating Bioprints

Bioprints are created automatically through several flows:

1. Onboarding Flow

When a user receives an onboarding invite, they are guided through the process of creating their bioprint using their webcam and microphone. This applies to employees, candidates, and vendors. ➡️ See Quickstart Guide

2. ATS Integration
