Why did I receive a Validia invite? Your client uses Validia to ensure identity trust during meetings involving vendors. This protects sensitive information, prevents unauthorized access, and builds confidence in high-stakes external collaboration.

What do I need to do? Click the invite link, complete a short onboarding flow using your camera and microphone, and you're done. The process generates a biometric profile that allows for secure authentication during meetings with your client.

What happens after onboarding? When you join meetings, the Validia Bot verifies your identity in the background. If anything seems off — such as a mismatch or impersonation attempt — the meeting may be flagged and the client alerted.

Is my data safe? Yes. Just like with new hires, your biometric is converted to a private, irreversible embedding. If your work with the client ends, your data is deleted after 30 days.

Can I see my authentication results? Yes. You’ll see real-time authentication feedback in the meeting chat, including your own verification status.
