What does Validia do for internal users? Validia ensures secure internal meetings, access, and interactions by verifying who is on the other end. This helps prevent insider threats and identity misuse inside the organization.

How do I get onboarded? If your company uses an HR or IT integration, you may be automatically added. If not, you’ll receive an email invite to create your Validia profile.

What happens in a meeting? Validia quietly verifies participants and flags any mismatches. You’ll see a live dashboard in the meeting chat with authentication results.

What data does Validia collect? Your biometric is converted into a private embedding that is only used for authentication. Nothing is stored that could be used to recreate your image or voice.

Who sees the authentication data? Only authorized administrators in your organization. Your data is encrypted and never shared outside your company.
