Messaging & Alerting

Validia makes it easy to stay informed about user trust, verification status, and potential risks across your organization. With real-time alerts and weekly summaries, your team can stay ahead of potential threats.

Coming Soon: Custom Messaging Configurations for Slack Integrations

Slack Integration

Connect Validia to your Slack workspace to receive alerts the moment something looks off.

Setup Instructions:

  1. Go to the Integrations tab in the Validia platform.

  2. Under Messaging & Alerts, click Slack → Connect.

  3. You’ll be redirected to Slack’s OAuth page.

  4. Select the channel where you’d like alerts delivered.

  5. Once complete, Slack will show as Active in your Integrations tab.

What You’ll Receive:

  • Alerts when the Validia Bot joins a meeting

  • Notifications for insecure authentications

  • Warnings for suspicious behavior or high-risk patterns

These alerts help your security, IT, or HR teams act quickly when something seems off.

Weekly Summary Reports

In addition to real-time alerts, Validia can deliver a weekly report via email that includes:

  • Number of secure vs. insecure sessions

  • Flagged events by category (e.g. deepfake, mismatch, VPN use)

  • Top flagged users and patterns over time

You can configure report recipients during onboarding or anytime through your account team.

Real-Time Platform Alerts

Admins can monitor live authentication outcomes directly from the Alerts tab within the Validia platform. Each alert shows the issue type (e.g. deepfake risk), the impacted user, and includes links to relevant meeting recordings or metadata.

Example Alert View

This alert flagged a suspected deepfake and includes a direct meeting link with video evidence for review.

Custom Alerts and Messaging

Need something specific? Validia supports custom workflows for:

  • Email-based alerting

  • Webhooks to internal tools or SIEMs

  • Route-specific notifications by role or risk level

  • Daily digests or escalations to specific teams

If you’d like to set up a custom alerting path, reach out to your Validia support contact or email [email protected].
