You are being requested to complete Validia authentication for your upcoming interview process. This security measure addresses a growing challenge in remote hiring: interview fraud, where bad actors attempt to impersonate candidates during virtual interviews or assessments.
By completing Validia onboarding, you're helping ensure the integrity of your interview process. Each virtual interaction will be authenticated, protecting both you and the hiring organization from potential identity fraud. This ensures your interview experience remains secure and legitimate, giving you the confidence that you're being evaluated fairly among genuine candidates.
When you create a biometric in the Validia platform, it is converted to a private embedding which is irreversible back to any images or audio samples of you! This means that your biometric data can only be used with our technology. Separately, once your interview process ends with your requesting organization, we will delete your biometric data within a 30-day period!
Yes! Our bot in Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and Google Meet automatically sends an in-meeting dashboard to everyone in the meeting chat. This dashboard shows all participants and authentication statuses in real time! See below for what this looks like:
