When the Validia bot first joins a call, it will send a message in the chat indicating that it is a security tool designed for authentication to all users, and include a link to Validia's custom in-meeting dashboard.
By visiting this link, you will be able to access authentication and security status, as well as individual authentications coming through in real-time for both video and audio.
In this view, the first thing you will see is the meeting status. In this example, it is set to secured. This occurs when all users within the call have been marked as secure. If no users are marked as insecure and there are still unauthenticated participants, this is set to pending. Below this, you can view individual participant statuses. Here, there are icons for facial biometric authentication, facial liveness detection, audio biometric authentication, and facial forgery detection.
Below the meeting and participant status sections, there are real-time authentications for individual participants throughout the call! These come through approximately every 3-seconds and include both audio and video authentications.
When someone isn't authenticated after 2 minutes, they will be marked as an insecure participant.
Once this happens, they have three options to authenticate themselves using an alternative method. For one, video and audio authentication will still be working for them if they are able to move close to the camera or speak for 10 seconds consecutively. Secondly, there is the option to Verify with Multifactor by clicking the button in the top right, and signing into their Validia account with MFA. Once this occurs, they will be marked as multifactor verified
After being marked as insecure as well, that participant will be sent an email enabling them to authenticate using their registered email
All in-meeting dashboards, and authentications are also shown in the Validia Dashboard for accessing after a call. Just visit our Dashboard page to view!
