Managing your organization in the Validia platform is made incredibly simple. By visiting the Organization Tab, you have the ability to invite new admins, users, candidates, and vendors to the platform, as well as view existing users.
On the dashboard page for internal security customers, you can see all users that are currently in your organization including their username, email, registration date, and account type. New users can easily be added by clicking on the "Send Signup Code" button. This will prompt a popup allowing you to invite employees as standard users, or as an admin.
As shown above, you can invite new users by simply providing an email and specifying if they are an administrator or a regular user. Once you do this, you should see a pending sign-up be created until that user has created an account. You additionally have the ability to invalidate this code if need be!
For our hiring security customers, the organization table looks very similar to the above, with the distinction of having a section for Candidates as well. This candidates table contains all new hire candidates that you have onboarded to the platform, and have prompted to create a biometric. Inviting users is very similar as well.
The main distinction here is that by checking off "hiring enabled" you can invite a candidate to onboard to the platform! This prompts a new hire candidate to create their bioprint in the Validia platform prior to their first interview.
Finally, customers using our vendor security suite will see a Vendors table with all onboarded Vendors listed accordingly. Very similar to the hiring security invite, the vendor security invitation process enables you to invite a user directly as a vendor to the platform.
All pending signup codes will appear in a similar fashion, agnostic of the designated use case! You have the ability to see all outstanding invites, as well as invalidate them as well if you no longer need that user to have access to the platform or onboard. The role column should highlight what class the invited user falls into.
