Connecting your Google or Outlook Calendar in Validia!

The Validia platform currently offers the ability to connect your Google or Outlook Calendar, for automatically adding the Validia bot to meetings in your organization. The flow for connecting uses both Microsoft and Google's OAuth2 protocols, and can be setup in the platform as follows:

First, click on the Integrations tab on the left hand side of the platform and choose inactive! Once you arrive here, you should have the ability to click either Outlook or Google Calendar. This page looks as follows:

After you click one of these, you will be redirected to the provider's OAuth to login and provide permissions. After this is complete you will be redirected back to the integrations page where your Calendar should show up as Active!

Finally, to sync your calendar, you can head over to the Meetings page and click on "Refresh Calendar". This will sync all events in the connected calendar with a meeting link and schedule the Validia bot to join!
