Creating and Viewing Bioprints in the Validia Platform

To view existing Bioprints in your organization, visit the Bioprints page on the platform site. This will provide a organization-wide look into all Bioprints that are in use.
While viewing existing profiles, you can easily get more information by clicking on a card, which will provide further details about the selected bioprint. This intuitive feature allows you to quickly access and review the specifics of each profile, ensuring you have all the necessary information at your fingertips.
For customers leveraging our vendor authentication, or new hire authentication you will see a separate table below your organization profiles containing bioprints for your external users.
This table behaves the same way as your organization profiles, and is in place to differentiate between your bioprints!
Facial profile creation can be done in three main ways:
Manual Creation: On the Bioprint Page, you have the capability to manually create a bioprint for an individual.
The traditional onboarding process is the gold standard for creatig a biometric on our platform. When possible, we recommend using this as your bioprint creation flow.
If you have connected an approved HR platform with our service, you will see an "Import Users" button appear directly on your organization page. By clicking this, you can import employee badge photos directly from your HR platform, as well as invite them to complete the onboarding process directly.
For this creation flow, visit the Bioprints page, and click "Create Facial Profile". After you create one, you an open the new bioprint and choose to add an Audio Profile.
