Viewing upcoming meetings is made incredibly easy in the platform. Simply visit the Meetings page in the navigation, which will provide a Calendar view with all meetings scheduled.
By clicking on a specific day, you can see all meetings scheduled for that day, and remove the Validia bot from them individually as well.
Adding a meeting is very simple, and universal across all video conferencing platforms. You simply need to provide the meeting link, with a join time and Validia's KYE technology will be there.
Our calendar integration supports connecting your Outlook or Google Calendar, and scheduling the Validia bot to join all video conferencing enabled meetings.
By clicking the "Schedule Meeting" button on the meeting page, you can schedule the Validia Bot to join a meeting in advance. All you need to provide is a join time, and a meeting link.
Already in a meeting? Click on the "Join Active Meeting" button on the meeting page to have the Validia Bot join within 1-2 minutes. Simply provide a meeting URL, and click on Invite.
