Getting started with HR Integrations in Validia

Adding HR Integrations enables you to import all of your employees with a valid badge photo into our Bioprints, as well as invite employees to onboard to the platform via their work email. We currently offer connections to 40+ HR platforms! In order to connect, visit the Integrations page and click on "Add Integration". This will create a series of prompts for you to connect

Choose your platform!

Validia supports over 40 options for integrating your HR platform. We are consistently working on adding more as well, and are happy to work with you to include your platform of choice. Feel free to reach out to [email protected] if you dont see your platform listed.

Apply permissions

Each integration highlights all access and permissions you will provide by integrating your platform. Be sure to review at this stage if you have any concerns!

Sign-in using applicable admin credentials

Get connected!

Now you can get started importing your users! Follow the steps below:

Import Users on Organization Page

First, visit the organizations page and click on "Import Users" as shown above. This will open a pop-up which will show all available employees for you to import.

Import Users Modal

In this pop-up, you will see employees with biometrics available, as well as employees that you can invite to onboard through our Validia onboarding flow. By clicking "Import Selected Users", you will import these employees accordingly.

This will add all applicable biometrics to your organization bioprints table, and invite all other users to onboard directly. You can view the status of these invites in the pending signup code section of the organization page!
